From what time can I set up on the pitches or in the rentals?

For pitches: arrival possible from 2 pm.
For rentals: arrival from 4 pm.

What time do pitches and rentals have to be vacated?

Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest.
For rentals: they must be vacated by 11am at the latest.
We will ask you to make an appointment at reception for the inventory of fixtures no later than the day before your departure.

Is it exceptionally possible to arrive outside reception opening hours?

In the event of late arrival, outside opening hours, simply call us on 09 70 77 01 21 the day before your arrival.
We will then let you know how to access your pitch/rental.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, cheques, cash and vacation vouchers.

How do I make a reservation?

You can easily make your reservation directly from our website.
Don’t worry, we use a totally secure reservation gateway, and most of our customers use it.
You’ll have access to all our availabilities according to your requests.
You will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, which you can pay by credit card, bank transfer, cheque or vacation vouchers.

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance of your booking must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.

Is it possible to book for less than a week?
Yes, it is possible to book a few days.
This depends on the booking period, the type of rental and its availability.
What is the purpose of cancellation insurance?

The Cancellation Insurance option we offer when you make your reservation means you’re covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances forcing you to cancel your vacation.
Even if you pay for your stay by credit card, you’re rarely covered in the event of cancellation.
If you have to cancel without insurance, you’ll have to pay anyway.
If you opt for cancellation cover, you must do so as soon as you book.
For an amount of 3.5% of the total price of your stay.
All participants will be covered in the event of cancellation.
Without a cancellation guarantee, and for whatever reason, the deposit paid will not be reimbursed and you may be asked to pay the full cost of your stay.

Are dogs/cats accepted?

We accept dogs other than those classified as category 1 and 2, up to a maximum of 2 per pitch or rental unit.
They must be kept on a leash.
Cats, on the other hand, are not tolerated in rentals.
Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations.
A supplement will be charged for each animal.

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

Gas barbecues only.
Electric or charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the campsite.

Can friends come to the campsite?

Yes, of course.
They will be considered as visitors, under the responsibility of their hosts.
They must report their presence to reception and pay the applicable fee.
They will not, however, be allowed access to the swimming pool.

Is it possible to rent cots and high chairs?

Yes.
We offer a kit including cot and high chair (see price list at reception).

When can I order bread and breakfast?

This service is available throughout the campsite’s opening period, except on Mondays, when the baker with whom we work has the day off.
In April, May, June and September, we can deliver your orders directly to your pitch.
Otherwise, in July and August, you can collect them directly from the restaurant, or take your time to eat them on the terrace.

Is Wi-Fi available on the campsite?

Wi-fi is available free of charge at reception and on the restaurant terrace.

Is the campsite far from shops?

On site, you’ll find basic necessities and bread and pastry services.
Alternatively, Saint-Nizier-Le-Bouchoux is 3 km from the campsite.
Here you’ll find a bakery, grocery store, café-restaurant and post office.
Saint-Trivier-de-Courtes, around ten kilometers away, has a supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, bakery, tobacconist, gas station and restaurants…

What are the sights and things to see and do around the campsite?

There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area.
Whether you’re looking for quiet, relaxing activities or monuments to visit, you’ll be spoilt for choice, less than an hour from the campsite.
